Over ten years ago, we had a vision to start a Consulting Firm that would provide opportunities for minorities and women in Finance. We wanted to curate an environment for diversity and inclusion that would empower all employees, recognize their special talents, and most importantly, provide equality in career advancement in the workplace.

In 2021 our vision became a reality, we started A&E Consulting LLP which is a full-service Management Consulting Firm based out of Washington DC. As a woman, minority, and veteran-owned small business, we pride ourselves in delivering quality customer service support, clear and effective communication that surpasses industry standards as well as implementing efficiencies in driving solutions.

Our services include financial management, budget formulation, acquisitions package development and strategic planning, however, we specialize in Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Processes (PPBE) and have Certified Defense Financial Managers (CDFM) and Project Management Professionals (PMP) on our team. We have over 45 years of dedicated government contracting experience that expands across many agencies such as  Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Department of Navy (DoN), Department of Homeland Security-Headquarters (DHS-HQ), Department of Defense Health Program (DHP), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Interior (DOI), and Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Our wealth of experience and knowledge within the Federal Financial Management communities allows us to exceed all client expectations.
